The range of Digital Pianos now available is vast and bewildering. Here at Cookes we stock and sell a large choice of instruments. Each model is carefully selected to offer value for money and for its uniqueness within the particular range. In other words,we try to take the guesswork out, and to simplify things to make your choice easier.
Digital Pianos offer many exciting and unique features and benefits over Acoustic Pianos, but it is important to remember that as good and as clever as they undoubtedly are, Digital Pianos have a much shorter life than a new Acoustic Piano. Obviously it is difficult to be precise, but on average you should look to get around 10 years of useful life from a Digital Piano against 70 years + from a new Acoustic Piano. This, of course, has to be balanced against the benefits and more importantly what is right for you. |
